Remco has demonstrated a notable business performance. It approaches international design offices, focuses
on finishing details, spends liberally on landscaping and committing to deliver more than it initially promises. All
of the above are evident from a number of current projects:
STELLA DI MARE - located by the Red Sea in Ain Soukhna, 120 km from Cairo, is overlooking Hagoul Bay
with its wide natural sandy beach, on a 1.8 million m2 plot of land, with a beach front of 700 meters that
overlooks natural reefs. Designed by local and international real estate and landscaping designers, the Spa
resort comprises 810 dwelling units and two hotels: a 300-room five-star hotel and a .... room four-star hotel.

STELLA RED SEA - is a resort overlooking the Abou El Makhadeg Bay, about 30 km south of Hurghada. The
Mediterranean looking resort has been developed by a greek architect, on a 532,000 m2 plot of land, with a
417 meter beach front, a natural lagoon and coral reefs that allow all sorts of water sports.

SEA View - located 170 km from Cairo on the Ain Soukhna - El Zaafarana road, is on 150,000 m2 with a
350 meter beach front. The resort comprises 145 dwelling units and a 100-room four-star hotel.
