The Ramses Hilton Hotel was the starting point for Ayoubco. The hotel was constructed over a period of two years. During this period, Ayoubco was also awarded the construction contract for the Ramada Sidi Bishr Center. This project consisted of two buildings – 25 and 15 storeys tall respectively, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The second building was converted into a five-star Ramada Inn Hotel. The value of this project was 9 million LE. In 1984 the company also constructed a 300 room hotel in Dar El Moussenin.
In 1999 Ayoubco started the construction of the five-star Grand Hotel in Ain Soukhna on an area of 3,000 m2, with a total value of 110 million LE, as well as 300 room, four-star hotel in the Orient Tours village in Hurghada.
In 2001 the company began the construction of the four-star Sea Club Hotel in Ain Soukhna, housing 250 rooms and a public area that included a Roman style amphitheatre, spectacular lakes, fountains and landscaping. The value of this project was 60 million LE.
